Our love of food and smoked meats is the centerpoint of our business. We believe in slow cooked foods and learned the secret art of smoked meat while living in the heart of Texas. Many of our meats are smoked for more than 24 hours, simmering and marinating in our special blends of herbs and their own all-natural meat sauce.
We do catering for weddings, family reunions, parties and special events. But - we will also perform personal chef services. Pre-order your menus for the week and be comfortable your family is being taken care of.
